DT-699 High Frequency Sail Array Sonar Receivers

SyQwest manufactures all components of the DT-699 receiver which is the primary outboard electronics for the High Frequency Sail Array used on US Navy submarines. This includes acoustic staves, and a myriad of highly complex electronics assemblies. The HF Sail Array sonar system is built to send out, receive, and measure sound energy in detecting mines on U.S. submarines. Production Qualification testing includes complex electronics testing, hydrostatic pressure testing and in-water acoustic testing. SyQwest re-designed the hydrophone 10-element receive stave, and underwent First Article Qualification Testing by the US Navy, and is now an approved manufacturer of these staves.
